As the founder and President of Grace Matters, Kelli coordinates, mentors, and advocates for the clients who are a part of the Grace Matters program.
Along with serving as a certified Biblical Counselor with the International Association of Biblical Counselors since 2014, Kelli also serves an intern/student teacher with Professor, Warren Lamb, at Truth In Love Biblical Counseling Center.
By way of a skilled and compassionate Biblical Counselor and the understanding of the truth of God’s Word, Kelli has benefited in her healing journey from the trauma and abuse she endured as a child and in her first marriage. Kelli’s insight and compassion for those who struggle have made passing the healing, encouragement, and knowledge of God’s healing Word to others an incredible passion for her.
Kelli attends Calvary Chapel University in pursuit of her Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies with the hopes of pursuing her Masters in Biblical Counseling one day.
Kelli is an active intern working toward her certification in becoming a Christian conciliator through the Institute for Christian Conciliation. The ability to help navigate Christians in the face of conflict in a Christ-like and Biblical manner is an area Kelli feels all believers are responsible for doing well. She believes that conflict is an opportunity for strengthening and growing the body of Christ and the individuals involved.
Kelli also serves as a trauma volunteer with an organization called T.I.P. (Trauma Intervention Program), which is a nationally recognized program with specific skills training in handling crises and trauma.
The heart and joy of Grace Matters for Kelli is seeing those she walks alongside freed from lies and bondage that others put on them, or that they have become to believe for themselves, in order to receive, wholly, the design that God has given them. In turn, the transformation this brings encourages and allows God to do the transformative work of living a life build on the foundations that Christ has provided.
