Our Ministry

You will know that they are my disciples by the way that they love one another...

The cornerstone of our organization is a passion for walking alongside others in order to impact transformational heart and life change. The focus found in 1 Thessalonians 5:14 to admonish the unruly, encourage the fainthearted, help the weak, be patient with everyone is the model for Biblical Counseling, reconciling, and discipleship throughout our organization.

Each of our counselors is equipped to walk alongside in encouraging transformative life change.  The deep desire to see individuals grow in their identity, created in the image of God, and have a deep and personal saving relationship with our loving Father is core to each reconciling and discipleship relationship.  Emphasizing Philippians 2:1-11.  Often this means facing the impact of abuse, trauma, and loss on a person’s soul.

It also means learning how to address conflict in ways that are God-honoring and biblically sound.  Each of Grace Matters’ counselors are equipped to help navigate conflict with grace and humility.  There is great joy found in the opportunity of growth – through – conflict reconciliation.

Truth in Love Biblical Counseling

Grace Matters’ relationship with Truth In Love Biblical Counseling Center (TILBCC) is a partnership in encouraging and equipping future and active Biblical Counselors. TILBCC’s mission is to make practical, systematic, and historically consistent Bible training and education available and affordable to every-day believers to equip the saints for the ministry to which God has called each of them. We are also here to serve the church by providing resources for Biblical, Christ-centered education that many churches and ministries would like to but are unable to deliver. Art With Hope
Hope Wirta

Hope Wirta's vision is to share God's faithfulness through her personal testimony, and to teach the whole story of God's word and the relationship He has made possible for each of us. Hope is aligned with Grace Matters Ministries' passion for walking alongside others in order to cultivate true foundational heart change (1 Thessalonians 5:14). Hope offers a unique art component in her counseling practice.

The Fallen
Soldiers March

The non-stop combat that our service members have been involved in since September 11, 2001 has taken a significant toll on many of our selfless combat veterans. Dealing with the emotional trauma of PTSD is every bit as difficult, and often times more difficult, than dealing with the physical injuries sustained in battle. The Fallen Soldiers March is taking a hands-on, practical approach to helping our Veterans. I am especially excited about FSM’s vision to provide the type of counsel that comes directly from God’s Word and is empowered by God’s Spirit. This is exactly what our Veterans need to handle their PTSD and all "Consequences of War", in a way that glorifies God and provides them true, everlasting healing. Grace Matters is proud to be a member and participant to deliver this care for our soldiers.

US Digital
Outreach

Grace Matters is thrilled and so very grateful to be housed in the US Digital Outreach building.  US Digital Outreach exists through the generous provision of US Digital Inc. to offset ministry overhead through the provision of facility, utilities, and services. This allows faith-based ministries to better focus on its mission and purposes God has for them. It is our hope that other businesses would consider how they can impact their community and beyond.

NW Furniture Bank

NW Furniture Bank helps restore hope, dignity and stability in our community by recycling donated furniture to people in need. Willing furniture store partners and local donations provide a steady source of furniture which would otherwise end up in the dump or sold at a loss. We serve victims of domestic abuse, people suffering loss from fire and natural disasters, foster children and especially families coming from transitional housing who are trying to rebuild their lives.
